The stay was really good. Everything was perfect, even so we stayed for 5 nights only. The hotel's location was unbeatable, near to the town centre or the very large market of San Pedro, many local attractions and the restaurants there. It also was to everything worth seeing in Cusco.

The staff we met were highly unprofessional.

Can't recommend highly enough for a passing visit

Wonderful hotel, charming staff, great breakfast buffet including very good coffee to start your day right in a cozy atmosphere with a lovely courtyard view. Their transport shuttle made it so convenient to reach the airport.

Everything met my expectations.

This hotel was comfortable and gorgeous. I had big, fabulous rooms with central heating, a safe and multi-channel TV. The service was excellent, including a great breakfast with fresh juices, the scrambled eggs, very good coffee. No reason to complain, the venue met what I needed.
